Our Print Partner MyLocker is using one of the industries most powerful multi-needle embroidery machine that offers 16 different thread colors, large embroidery field and automatic tension settings to provide the highest quality results of flat embroidery.

Quality control

Each item is individually inspected several times during the treatment and decorating process. A final quality control check is done before the item is fully packed prior to shipping.

Packaging control

Shipped in self sealing poly mailers with high adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. To provide extra protection and safe transportation hats are shipped with air-filled pillows. If the order is more than 5 items everything is shipped in cardboard box with products packed individually in plastic bags. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.

Trucker / Mesh caps got a 100% polyester front and 100% nylon mesh weave back make these hats super durable through regular wear and tear. They come in one size with an adjustable plastic snap closure: 22.8″ (58cm).

Technology & Inks

Duplium uses Epson Epson SureColor F6370 dye-sublimation printer. The image on the hat is transferred from the paper printed with the dye-sublimation ink, by heat press. It is permanent, safe, and scratch-resistant.

Quality control

Quality control is implemented through the custom-designed Order Processing System, using multiple checkpoints and verifications, as well as a 3-step print quality confirmation – at the printing stage, finished order collection, and in the QC Filter System before packaging and shipping. Duplium’s quality control process was modeled after decades of production experience in its ISO environment.

Packaging control

The hats are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes to protect them during the shipment.
